Brickworks Advisors is led by
founder Wendee Wolfson, Wendee coaches experienced and emerging
leaders in corporate settings, entrepreneurial ventures, and social
enterprises. She has consulted to families in business together,
creating and facilitating programs for family members and wealth
managers on family dynamics, communications, leadership development,
and leadership transitions between generations. She has worked
with non-profit boards to develop strategic initiatives as a consultant
and as a board member.
Along with her work in the leadership development
field, Wendee has been working with entrepreneurs and investing
in entrepreneurial high growth companies for over twenty years.
She is currently part of the leadership team for the Next Wave
Impact Fund, investing in for-profit social enterprises, as well
as a lead for its predecessor pilot fund, Rising Tide, and was the
co-chair for eight years for the Angel Capital Association’s annual International
Exchange, which highlights early stage investing activities in
a variety of countries.

Wendee began her career and spent several years
in the financial services industry. She has an MBA from the Yale
School of Management and a Certificate in Leadership Coaching
from Georgetown University. She holds the International Coaching
Federation certification as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
In addition, she is certified to administer the MBTI (Myers Briggs),
the Hogan Assessment, and the Leadership Circle. She has also
done coursework in Growth Edge Coaching.
She is the co-author of "Building
a Bridge, Social Entrepreneurs and Leadership Coaching"
published in Choice Magazine.
