What We Do

What is Coaching?

How does Coaching differ from Consulting?

Coaching supports the growth and development of emerging and experienced leaders, whether you are in transition and facing new responsibilities or looking to be more effective in your current role.

Coaching is a dialogue led by a skilled and trained coach in which the client makes observations, creates new practices, and examines a wider range of choices than those that were initially apparent, all designed to enable effective actions.

The coaching engagement is structured to take place over a set period of time, with clear goals that enhance leadership performance. Coaching works best when coach and client co-create those goals and the specific activities that the client will undertake in between meetings to observe, practice, transform.

When you want to refine your strategy, identify the interpersonal dynamics at work in your system, present your value proposition to potential funders or clients, or revise your structure to create leadership development opportunities for upcoming members of your team, our consultants will work with you to outline the scope of the project, define the areas of exploration, and establish desired goals.

Consulting assignments range from three to six months and typically involve structured interviews of stakeholders, coordination with a client team or representative, additional research, presentations of findings, and often facilitation of team meetings. We provide expertise, coordination, and leadership so clients realize concrete results.
